Chocolaty Tudka!

The other day I with my colleagues in office were having our routine lunch. Suddenly an idea came to our mind. An idea which we think if can be made real - has potential to turn to million dollar industry in India! Interested in knowing about this Chocolaty Tudka.. read on.......

So here is the idea!

Rice is the staple food of India. Nearly all states in India counsumes rice and there should be no doubt that people will not quit eating or ordering rice be it in a small dhabha, road side shop, a new restaurant or a five star hotel.

Chocolate on the other hand is something no body can resist. Why? Think of a chocolate piece melting in your mouth especially when you are dying to have one and I am sure you can not resist it and would do anything to have one. I think some of you will already be smiling and imagining about your favorite brand by now..


Now think of  a menu card at the hotel you can afford, which reads some think like this -
1.  CHOCO-RICO - delicious white rice served with yummy chocolate sauce
2. CHOCO - SAM - Not exactly sambar! But a chocolate gravy having fresh fruits
3. CHOC - MALAI  - A chilled Rus mallai with dry fruit choclate pieces in it .. yummmm

The list can go endless. By then, our office lunch time was over. We thought of having an initial poll on the ideas we had with our other colleagues.  Trust me, people not only liked the idea but also started giving their choco - combination with Salad, breads of all kind and what not!

If some expert reading this is somewhere in this universe want to partner with me in this idea - I am all ready!

Hope you also are thinking of some Choco - Tadka to your favorite food by now... Won't you like to go to a resturant with you wife, girl friend or family, which can serve your favorite dish with choclate tinch in it.. If your answer is yes, then prorably you may agree - it is an industry - yet unexplored in India and abroad.
